Job Overview
The B2B Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing deals—while working closely with client teams and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international markets, particularly the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified leads to closed deals
- Work within client CRM systems and established sales processes
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
- Collaborate with client teams to align sales strategies
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts effectively
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular reports on pipeline and sales performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
- Experience with international markets, especially U.S.-based clients
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
