Responsibilities
Manage components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare and review reconciliations, including cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable across multiple systems
Support the preparation of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
Collaborate with accounting leadership to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
Prepare supporting documentation for financial statement footnotes
Perform regular reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Draft journal entries and supporting schedules
Assist with audit preparation and documentation
Support system implementations, including data validation and migration
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
Background in lending, fintech, or high-growth environments is highly desirable
Strong experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and synthesize insights into clear outputs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
