We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Product & Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will not only build exceptional products but also actively drive user acquisition, engagement, and overall market scaling.

Role Overview

As a Product & Growth Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and development to launch and optimization. You will bridge the gap between product thinking and growth and marketing strategy, working across cross-functional teams to ensure our flagship platforms in financial services and digital payments reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define the product vision and manage roadmaps while identifying key growth levers through market and user research.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own the lifecycle from discovery to iteration. Develop PRDs, define KPIs, and optimize features based on deep data analytics.
  • Growth & Marketing: Execute product growth strategies to drive acquisition and retention. Optimize conversion funnels and collaborate with marketing on high-impact campaigns.
  • Agile Delivery: Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning, working closely with engineering and design to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Financial Systems: Manage Complex Systems & Transactional Products, including payments and wallets, while ensuring compliance and high transaction success rates.
  • Leadership: Align engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to drive clarity in complex problem areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Extensive: 4 years (Required) in Product Management, with a total range of 3–6+ years preferred.
  • Skillset: Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Growth Expertise: A strong marketing or growth experience (Required), specifically in user acquisition, funnels, and scaling products from MVP to growth stage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech, payments, or transaction-heavy systems is highly preferred.
  • Competencies: A growth mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking with rapid execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Pay: ₦500,000.00 per month
