People Operations Team
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance our people operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and driving initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth. This role requires a candidate who is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Performance Management: Support performance tracking and address productivity or performance concerns.
- Employee Development: Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives.
- Compliance & Relations: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements while handling employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Strategic Support: Assist in drafting legal documentation and collaborate with management on organizational development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree in Law (LL.B.) is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Preferred Background: Human Resources Specialist with AI Automation: 3 years (Preferred).
- Technical Aptitude: Experience working in a remote or tech-driven environment is a plus.
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professional confidentiality.

Job Details
- Pay: ₦300,000.00 – ₦400,000.00 per month
- Location: Remote
