We are developing a strong and scalable agricultural ecosystem where modern production meets structured cooperative participation. We are seeking ambitious, persuasive, and results-driven Business Development Executives to drive growth and expand our community. You will serve as a key link between the organization and a growing network of members, creating awareness and supporting participation in high-impact agricultural projects across Nigeria.

The Role

This position goes beyond traditional sales; it is an opportunity to connect individuals to a green economy ecosystem. You will be responsible for onboarding members, selling specialized agricultural equipment (larvariums), and linking partners to structured agritech projects across our key locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Onboarding: Identify, engage, and onboard new members into the cooperative.
  • Project Presentation: Clearly present agricultural and fintech project opportunities to individuals and groups.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the sale of larvariums to clients joining the cooperative.
  • Field Engagement: Conduct field marketing, community outreach, and client visits to build the agribusiness economy.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support.
  • Documentation: Support registration processes and maintain accurate, timely activity records.
  • Insights: Provide market feedback and customer insights to leadership to help scale the ecosystem.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of an HND in any relevant field.
  • Experience: Entry level with approximately 2 years of experience. Prior experience in marketing, sales, or field engagement is a distinct advantage.
  • Communication: Strong persuasion skills and proficiency in English.
  • Mindset: Target-driven with a clear focus on results and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Skills: Confident, energetic, and capable of working independently with basic organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Job Details

  • Location: Lagos (20 slots), Port Harcourt (10 slots), Owerri (10 slots), Abuja (10 slots).
  • Job Type: Full-time (Flexible Hours).
  • Salary: NGN 200,000 base (Range: NGN 150,000 – 250,000).
