We are currently seeking a proactive and versatile Personal Assistant & Social Media Manager to support our operations. This hybrid role is designed for an individual who can balance high-level administrative tasks with the creative demands of managing a professional digital presence in a fast-paced environment.
Job Overview
As a dual-function professional, you will provide critical support to leadership while enhancing Lisse Africa’s brand visibility. You will assist with daily administrative duties and play a key role in building our professional online community, particularly as we expand our footprint on platforms like LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive personal and administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to promote Lisse Africa’s HR solutions.
- Community Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining our professional LinkedIn page and other digital channels.
- Task Coordination: Manage schedules, correspondence, and specialized projects within a fast-moving recruitment landscape.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all digital communication reflects the company’s commitment to quality and professional cultural fit.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Entry level with 1–2 years of experience specifically as a Personal Assistant.
- Location: Must be based in Lagos. Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset for social media growth.
